I admit it. I make mistakes. I’m only human.
I think all photographers have anxiety thoughts before a shoot. Like, while you’re driving thinking to yourself, “OMG, did I put may camera bag in the car?” Or “Oh jeez, did I put my CF cards back in my bag??” Well, it was one of those days for me although my reality came to clock me in the chin when I arrived at my session, set up, and reached for my camera to realize that my battery was not in my camera.
ARE. YOU. KIDDING. ME.
Thankfully these new parents were kind and understanding but I wanted to hide. Under a big, heavy rock. I can guarantee that I will never forget to check for my battery before I leave and have a back up in my bag.
