What is that?  It’s “beautiful” in Danish, of course!  This beautiful family is visiting from Copenhagen and I had the pleasure of photographing them.  The weather broke in time for us to get to the field and start snapping away.  It was really so dreamy; gorgeous day, gorgeous location, gorgeous mom/dad/baby—ahhh I love it when it all comes together like that!  Here are some of my fav’s from this shoot….

I had an amazing day today in Newport, RI.  I met my client, who also happens to be a friend, at her beautiful property and I was so excited to see the lot next door was full of tall grass, yellow flowers and purple irises.  That along with the incredible old stone wall and rhodey’s in full bloom, we had some amazing shooting locations to choose from.  I thought I might be a bit rusty since typically I’m photographing babies and kids but it was such a breeze.  She is a natural; not only in beauty but in ability to communicate with the camera.  She can speak with her eyes.  Have you ever heard the phrase, “smile with your eyes”?  Well she has mastered it!  For some inspiration, we were channeling Cameron Diaz from the June Vogue spread 🙂  Here are my fav’s from today.  There are sooooo phenominal shots…it was hard to narrow down.  Enjoy Lib!

Yes, another twins shoot!  I can’t believe that I have two more on tap as well.  What’s in the water? 🙂  These two adorable babes surprised their mom & dad and decided to arrive early.  While they had to stay in the NICU for a bit, they were both finally home this week.  I was greeted by their older brother Aidan who trotted off to the park with Dad while I got the babies going for their big shoot.  I loved being in Beacon Hill today.  It is just so beautiful and makes me wonder if I could really live in the city someday.  Probably not but it’s fun to think about, at least 🙂  It was about 93 in the city and when I pulled into the driveway, with the breeze coming off the water it was a cool 70.  Ahhhh.  Enjoy your Memorial Day weekend!!

steph - oh goodness, these are precious! Love that first one!

What a couple of cuties I had today!  Enzo & Sonny.  Don’t ya love it?!  Their totally-gorgeous momma drove them to my place for the shoot this afternoon.  Not only did they have fun with my son’s toys inside, they got the full run of the place; beach, grass, my new tractor prop I scored at Brimfield and some others I’ve picked up along the way, too.  It was a blast.  It was also REALLY windy but the boys didn’t seem to mind.  But I guess they don’t have to worry about hair getting stuck in lip gloss :-).  Anyway, here are some pics from the shoot.  Enjoy!
