Amazing work! These clothes are just darling and the twins seem to be a perfect fit. Love it!
Oh my! So cute. I just LOVE these. Their hair is so beautiful and their outfits are perfect.
Oh WOW okay…. these are the CUTEST outfits EVER! Great pics!
Oh my, my. These are amazing! And these girls are gorgeous!!
Yesterday was the big reveal for Kiki’s new line for The Measure. It’s pretty special and I’m proud to say that my images are gracing her Etsy store in grand fashion! The evening I scheduled the shoot turned out to be a wash. As soon as I got the girls hair curled and their energetic little bodies dressed and to the location, we literally had about 15 minutes of shooting before the sky was erupting in thunder and lighting and then literlly opened up on us. It was ok because the shots I did manage to squeak in turned out great and I kinda like the moodiness that the backdrop offered for some images–much different than the sun washed look we are all used to seeing. Sophia & Adrianna, the fabulous models, really fit the bill for me. I had a vision of shooting with red-head twins from the get-go, contacted an agency I actually used to work for when I moved to Boston way back when, and they just happened to sign these two the day before. Serendipitous for sure. More from the next shoot to come! Stay tuned! xoxo
Also, don’t forget all you loyal Bellini clients and followers, you are offered a 10% discount when ordering your items be entering “bellini” as your coupon code upon checkout! Have fun!
Where did you find those precious crowns?
Wow, Stephanie! These two girlies are darling! Love the moodiness the approaching storm brought to these images. Beautiful work!
What fun subjects and clothes! Hair is so gorgeous also! This shoot and the one above are dream shoots – I’m off to check out that store!
With Baystate Parent Magazine’s August issue now on newsstands I can finally share some images from my Back To School shoot with them in June! Thanks to all the fabulous models who suffered through some tough 90+ degree heat and humidity without complaints! Such professionals! 🙂 Here are some of my favs–Enjoy!
Your work is amazing Stephanie! I always look forward to seeing all your post! xoxo
Whoa! These are awesome and those kids were troopers to work it in heat dressed in those layers!
These are amazing! Love the fun, funky, urban feel that these photos offer!
I’m not sure the feeling will ever change. The feeling when another photographer contacts you to take their family portraits (gulp). If you follow my blog you may remember my post last October when Elise Donoghue asked me to photograph her family. I was excited and a nervous wreck all balled into one. But at the end of the day it was an amazing experience and I walked away from it feeling empowered and thrilled to know how happy I had made her. Tears of joy from any client is ALWAYS a good thing!! Double bonus: we have become great friends! When Heidi contacted me in December about photographing her family I had the same feeling but this time I knew that the nervous feeling was actually a good thing. It keeps you in check and on your toes. When you lose those butterflies I think you can become complacent and your work can become a bit lack lustre. I had an idea that I’d been wanting to implement for some time. A ripped out page from one of my old Cookie magazines–remember that one, so good, and so sad it’s gone–had sat quietly in a folder of other inspirational images for a few years. It was a model with her son in a Valentino dress; red, diaphanous, long and beautiful. Her little boy was under the many layers and he peeked he head from one of the drapey, crepe-like sheets of red. I knew I wanted to try this with Heidi and her 3 year old daughter. And so began the hunt for the perfect dress. Nothing was coming up quite like the Valentino number (yeah, go figure) but I did happen upon something even more adorable on Etsy. Luckily for us it was the right size, Heidi loved it, and she snagged it up. We started in one of my favorite fields at sunset for some beautiful family shots and then zoomed down to the Cape for the whimsical dress shots. It was an amazing experience! Heidi, it was such a pleasure getting to know you and you gorgeous family and lucky for me I feel I’ve made yet another friend who just happens to be another portrait photographer like myself. Enjoy!! xoxoxo
