Bellini Portraits » Bellini Portraits : Boston Newborn Photographer, Boston Children's Photographer, Boston Family Photographer, Boston Maternity Photographer

I’ve been so excited to post this session.  Not only did I loooove the maternity session, their follow up newborn and family lifestyle session has me swooning.  Something different for me was capturing dad with baby.  He was just so at ease and peaceful with his newborn daughter–it was so heart warming to witness.  Love abounds in this family, now with 4–well, six if you count the feline babies that definitely made sure I knew that they were part of this family as well.  Enjoy!  xoxo

at the lake : boston family photographer » Bellini Portraits - […] my favorite sessions have been with this very family; a stunning maternity session and a beautiful lifestyle newborn session.  I was thrilled when they asked me to photograph them at their summer lake house in NH last […]

I spent a gorgeous late September afternoon with two year old Devin at Rock Harbor Beach in Orleans.  This was one of those sessions where I feel every image could be blogged–it was just that good 🙂  I’ll let the pictures do the talking.  Enjoy!! xo

and a shot of the beach at sunset….

jess - these are stunning. the light is to die for!!!

There is no doubt that expectant mothers have that glow.  An undeniable and almost tangible light that seeps from her every pore.  It’s the excitement, the anticipation, the unconditional love that you already feel for that baby growing inside of you.  It has been so fulfilling for me to photograph these mothers who trust and feel at ease with me and truly I feel honored.  To walk away with such beautiful images has, in turn, left me with a glow of deep satisfaction.  I hope you love these as much as I do!  Enjoy!

She had me at seven acre farm….yes, her sister has a 7 acre farm and we were gonna shoot there.  Ok, twist my arm.  Throw in gorgeous afternoon light, blueberry bush leaves that were starting to turn with autumn’s cooler temps, a gorgeous barn and I’m in photographer’s nirvana.  Alex & Allison are a bit older than my normal client.  Nope, I couldn’t mold them into oh-so-adorable squishy newborn yoga poses and couldn’t make em coo and ahh with a silly face.  Hell, my fart jokes just sort of slid by without even a wince (insert crickets here).  No, these kids were mature for their 9 and 7 years but they did break loose and have some fun.  These kids are well spoken, intelligent, talented, young inviduals and I so enjoyed spending that October 7th afternoon with them.  I loved that at the last minute as we combed the house for any last minute prop additions of their own we decided to bring along their violins.  An unexpected but very thrilling impromptu concert at sunset at their aunt’s seven acre farm.  Beautiful.  Enjoy! xoxo

…clearly having no fun… 🙂
