After so many rained out shoots, it was a welcome change today. The sun was shining and, for the most part, not a cloud in the sky. Lucky for us it was also unseasonably warm so shooting outdoors was a breeze for my little 1 year old client–who just happened to celebrate her first birthday on October 16th. We tried to shoot the week before her birthday, the week of, the week after—no such luck with all the rain we’ve had. Maybe it was a blessing because we really couldn’t have asked for a better November day! I’ve had a string of very serious munchkins lately…remember the sneeze trick that worked on my last shoot? Well, that didn’t even get a BLINK outta this one! Nope–my silly noises, faces and songs didn’t do much for her but her momma sure could make her smile
Oh, and the few clouds that did roll in were PERFECT. It gave such a nice diffused light that I love–seen in the first two shots. Enjoy!
