After weeks and months of deciding if I wanted to start a blog–if I had the TIME to start a blog–I decided that there’s no time like the present. It’s been hectic the past few weeks; my sister’s wedding, out of state guests, packing up our entire house (ugh), but now with the closing behind us as of today at 3pm (yeah) I feel I have a moment to relax and get into building my blog. The question of “do I have the time” keeps coming to mind, for example when today I returned a book that I never had the chance to read. The only good thing about that is that I got it back before it was dueAnother book is staring me in the face each night I hop into bed. The intention is there, I swear, but any free time I have is spent with my soon-to-be 2 year old son and my photography business.

So here I am, it’s a little past 10pm and I’m determined to make this very first post a bit interesting. I will include a recent shot of my son, Grayson, since people always ask why I don’t include more photos of him on my site. Enjoy.
