It’s been a rough past 5 or 6 days for me. Not only has it been incredibly hot and muggy, on top of being 22 weeks pregnant, I was hit with vertigo last Thursday just out of the blue. Never had it before and let me tell you, it’s not fun! I had to postpone 3 shoots so far because of it. I am feeling better so when I got the request to do this newborn shoot, just 3 MILES from my house, I couldn’t turn them away
I wish all of my commutes could be so easy! Anyway, this little darling was born at 36 weeks and 4 days so even at 14 days old she still wouldn’t be considered “full term” or 40 weeks. She was still a tiny little thing! I didn’t get to meet her older sisters; 2 1/2 and 3 1/2….it was just me and her beautiful momma this morning. Despite all the construction going on in the street, literally just outside the door, she did conk out for me but it took some coaxing, rocking and an extra ounce of forumla to put her over the comfy edge.
